You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit.
4. Payments & Refunds
Paid services are billed at the prices listed at the time of purchase. Because AI processing begins immediately after checkout, completed orders are generally non-refundable. Contact us if you experience a technical issue with delivery.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to reverse engineer the platform, or using outputs in a way that misrepresents a property in violation of applicable real estate disclosure laws.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
